Audience
CSP User Email is a service provided to members of the CSP Technologies Discord Community that have an active service. Active services include but are not limited to 1 or more:
Hosted Lines on the CSP Community Phone System
Office Code or Number Block on CSPNet or SIP CSPNet
Alarm Panel(s) / Central Station Account(s)
Hosted Platform
The CSP User Email service is hosted on Microsoft Exchange Online with data being stored in Canada datacenters. All users and administrators are subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other End-User License Agreements published by Microsoft Canada Inc.
Acceptable Use Policy
All users and administrators must strictly adhere to the below terms. If a user is found to be violating any of the below terms, service my be terminated with or without notice.
Users must not participate in any behavior that can be deemed as scamming, or scambaiting.
Users must not participate in any activity that violates and Provincial, State or Federal Laws, in any Country.
Users must not act as, impersonate, parody, or portray CSP Technologies, FORTRESS Integrations, Microsoft Canada Inc., or Microsoft Corporation
Service Termination
CSP Technologies, FORTRESS Integrations, or Microsoft Canada Inc. as the providers of the User Email Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any point in time with or without notice to the end user. If the end user wishes to discontinue their email service, they shal provide within 72 hours of their next service renewal date, to avoid any additional charges. If prior notice is not given by the end user, they may incur charges for an additional month of service.
Payment
Payment is to be made promptly on or 24 hours before or after the renewal date via PayPal subscription, or via Credit Card using the provided PayPal Checkout link. Deliquent or overdue payment may result in service termination without notice.
Arbitration Clause
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this contract—including its breach, termination, or validity—shall be finally settled by binding arbitration.
